For newer style wheels, I think you need to stick to '00-01. After that, they switch to dual stage airbags.
Of course, the wheel itself will fit if you don't care about hooking up the airbag. As crazy as that might sound on the surface, it's no different than what everyone does when going with an aftermarket racing wheel (i.e., Momo or Sparco). The horn will work whether or not the airbag is connected.
