I am glad you stayed in the Lexus family. Finding a mint 2000 black on black SC is very hard to find.
Any mods in the future?
You know if you look at this site long enough you will start. Just ask my wife.

Of course! Many plans, mainly getting everything clean and working properly and replacing anything worn out. Planning on a little paint work, wheels, coilovers, ls400bbk, touchscreen headunit, wrap the wood trim, possible lighting retrofits, led upgrades, etc.

Update
Over the past three weeks of my ownership of my SC I have begun to clean her up and start the modding process. I've given her a full exterior detail including clay bar, polish, and wax. Full interior cleaning and conditioning with Lexol leather conditioner. I have also done an LED interior swap as well as license plate lights, I also installed a 5000k HID lowbeam. Picked up some is350 wheels locally and had some nice Michelin snow tires mounted and balanced. I think it is a great looking winter setup and I am thrilled with the improved handling and confidence in the car they have given me. I am more than happy with my decision to go get the car and since then I have fallen in love with her. This is just the first series of small mods and I have many more in store for the car to get it to my ultimate goal.

Looks great! And I like the recovering of the speakers - you just know an SC is going to come out nice when the owner pays that much attention to the little things.
A nice Home Depot style EZ Lip would really add to the front 'stock' look I think.
As for the hanging plastic cover, I know there's a guy who sells upgraded ones, with thicker plastic that won't sag. But they're a little pricy at $300. Figured I'd give you a heads up anyways. Can't remember if he's on eBay or I saw it online somewhere else though..

I actually am just missing quite a few screws on the cover.. Just need to take 10 minutes to get under it and bolt it up. And I'm currently in the works looking for my ls400 calipers, also going to do stainless lines, supra rears and drilled/slotted rotors on all four corners. Just waiting on my tax return. I hate those crappy yellow stock ones.

Those stock wheels were embarrassing Plus, now I have some nice winter tires on it and can drive the car comfortably without spinning out everywhere and getting stuck. And I actually found a used fender local and bolted it right up. Perfect match and the paint on it is in excellent condition
