Since you have already replaced the relay and the fuse, now you need to look at the grounds and the switch. I have a strong feeling the switch is at fault.

You can bypass and check the switch by grounding the green wire/black stripe between the switch and the fog light relay. This is based of an electrical manual for a 1998, wire colors may have changed.

If the fog lights turn on from doing this, it means you have a bad ground at the left kick panel or the switch is not working.

I've never done it before. The wire should be behind or near the relay in the kick panel area.

I also have never changed the stalk, I am sure there is a DIY somewhere on this forum.

I spoke to my mechanic and he is also agreeing with you that it seems like the fog switch on the lever/stem/stalk. My mechanic is going to look over everything from the relay, fuse, ground, switch and figure it out. Once he does I will post the outcome on here. THIS SITE ROCKS!!!!

P.S. I found my fog lights from two people on here...Yahoo.....i will post those picks once i have them installed. They have already been cleaned up...looks new....

Thanks to everyone...

Quick question about how much would it cost to replace the fog light switch on the stalk/lever?
