diameter of stock intake tube on sc400
does anybody know what the diameter of the stock intake tube is on sc400's? mine's a 96. im thinking of getting a heatshield that would just clamp around my k&n cone filter (which i have connected to my stock intake tube).

anybody know? i tried searching and didnt come up with anything. is it 3"? im hoping to get a generic heatshield that will clamp around my k&n filter's base.
