I saw a coupe today, that had rear headrests similar to the ones on the front seaats. Looked pretty cool. Has anyone thought about performing this mod.

Can you actually just mod it or would you need the whole new backing? I personally prefer no back headrests since no one goes back there and if there is anyone its not me . Also blocks vision, but yes it does look nice.
