Dash Christmas Tree Lights

Dash Christmas Tree Lights
There seem to be a few threads started about this but no solutions.
On my 1993 SC300, my CRUISE, AIR BAG, ABS, and TRAC lights are blinking at variable rates. All lights start blinking when i start the car. After a mile or so the ABS and TRAC lights only come on and start blinking when I brake and come to a stop.
The blinking lights happens 80% of the time. The other 20% of the time, the dash is quiet and the car drives perfectly and Trac controland cruise control both work. i tried to pull codes, but nothing. I've also tried to re-seat all the connectors by the ECU to no avail.
Any help about where look next is appreciated.

I have a 93 sc300 manual. The problem appeared as the the check engine light would appear after twenty minutes of driving. Other lights such as the the ABS would suddenly appear. Shortly thereafter, the car would perform like **** so something was definitely wrong.
Long story short, it appears to be the ECU. One of the capacitors was blown. Replaced it over the summer and all is well. Now, now similar problems are now resurfacing.
It's throwing code 55 and the ABS is showing up. Gonna inspect and replace the ECU again. Perhaps it's another capacitor.
Will give updates.
