A little expensive but this looks like one of the best HID kits out there.

Morimoto is definitely the way to go! I wouldn't waste your time on DDM unless you were looking to get 10000k's or 8000k's.

DDM's reliability is too hit or miss from what I've seen but they seem to have a good warranty,

I'm trying to put HID into my 97 fog housing also. Can I put the HID in there without removing front bumper? Could I just remove the plastic parts?

Take off your fender liner and you have more then enough space

YES. If you can afford it i highly recommend that. I have heard nothing but good things about the retrofit source.

Im not a fan of Plug-N-Play Hid kits for the headlights. IMO they should be illegal as they are to bright and blind other drivers on the road. Plus OEM HIDs dont have a hazy look to them. I got my headlight done from http://www.hidillusionz.com/
