Haters gonna hate. If you like it, its your car. Rock it.

Too many people care about how other peoples cars look. Performance wise is another story... looks are for you.

I like it.
What did you mean about your friend loaning you his home sprayer? Do you spray it with an airless pump?

What u should have done was add a few layers of glossifier to make It pop a little more. It's not bad, but the original paint looked pretty good.

I've seen some pretty good paint jobs for like 1200 dollars, granted they prolly have a hookup with someone. I have a friend that can hook me up with a paint job for like 800 bucks.

I really like the way you dipped your SC. I am a big fan of plasti-dipping myself because it's like changing your car's clothes and you can always rip it off and go back to the original color

Also repainting your car can be pretty expensive so I'd probably dip it too just for a temp thing. Great job overall, I bet your hands were hurting after all that spraying. Do you plan on dipping your emblems a different color?

I'm a newbie to dipping, all I did was my emblems. It's not hard, but you do have to have a steady/even hand while spraying which I don't have. LOL.

About time we see some dipped SCs on here.

I used a Wagner Home Sprayer, my buddy bought it in order to dip his 1st gen IS in matte black, and then helped me dip mine.
