Body of a Japanese Goddess, Heart of an American General
Just giving you all a teaser before I start my new build thread.
As most of you know the 1uzfe is dead. it was a blast to drive for a while, and made just shy of 500hp with meth on e85. unfortunately a seized thermostat was the end of the block. Doing some highway pulls with her and the thermo seized under full load and spray, it had a domino effect, Popped driver side head gasket, which washed out all 4 cylinders on one side, which resulted in 2 rods through the block at around 100mph. That was the last straw for me as this 1uzfe has been fighting me the whole way. I will however say we boosted a 1uzfe block, with 328,xxx miles on it and she took it like a freaking champ.
On to new endeavors for my never ending search for the perfect balance of streetablility and speed.
I have decided on doing a built LS1 swap, throwing a healthy amount of boost at it and making a highway monster that will make mustangs cry.
Here are some quick pics before i make a documented Build thread. Keep an eye out in the build thread section in the next couple of weeks for a full build thread. For my friends on here, yes, Im still very much alive and so is JDMmuscle which will be going under the knife in the next few days for a heart transplant. I present to you the introduction to Body of a Japanese Goddess, Heart of an American General

Looks really nice man, motor and everything look brand new.
Your last set up was very cool , I used to check out your threads from time to time , no offense but I had a feeling it wouldn't last, due to the extreme high mileage on your 1uz, I was wondering why you wouldn't build around a 1uz with lower mileage, considering all the time and money you were putting in.
Anyways this looks like a very serious build, these LS engines are built very tough from what ive read.
Good luck

Lions, tigers, and bears, OH MY !!!!!!!
I cant wait to see a complete fully detailed build thread on this. I also might consider buying another cheap 1UZFE motor and boost it.
