How did you guys fix your door panel top trim
i saw something called magic mender (?) it's a white paste you layer on, smooth it and it comes with paint to repair leather or vinyl.
Will that also work to resurface the scruffed (but not torn) leather on the high wear area?

Have used this before to good effect. Comes with different colours and different textured sheets, so you can better match the original vinyl and leather. It's also from 3M and not some company you've never heard of.
