my 93 5 speed
here is my SC300
133K miles, one owner who took pretty good care of it.
the CD changer still works
There are a common SC things that will need to be repaired (black needle, oil leak, suspension, headlight, emblems). But given it is a 5 speed and good SC, I had overlooked those flaws.
On the plus side the tires are almost new, ECU, A/C, PS pump was already replaced.. however still a bit of whining.
It idles smooth and cruise very well.
I hope to keep it mostly OE and not to lower it with big wheels!
to be honest the shifting is a bit notchy and sort of like a truck especially the gesture needed for 4th to 5th gear. I am going to change to M/T fluids very soon.

Congratulations on the find! Funny you mention the truck-like shift feel. I've always felt my 93 5-speed shifts more like an older (well, it is older) muscle car transmission than a "butter smooth" thing people describe. This, with MT-90 oil and new bushings. That said, it's never bothered me.
It's a great starting base you've got!

Nice find on the 5 spd. 92-94 SC's have the older style of shifter that is used on many many toyota's. If you have done the bushings with a new stock bushing and still want a firmer shift look into the marlin crawler shifter bushings, they are supposed to firm things up a bit as they are made out of a different material, and since they are designed to firm up the shifter on a truck which is like 2 feet long, it will probably be firmer than the stock bushing by quite a bit.
Mk3 supra guys report good things about this mod. Make sure to get the right one they have different bushings for the stock w58 (originally designed for a truck w56) and also for those who have gone r154 (designed for a truck r150/r151).
95+ have the tipod and no bushing if you have notchyness on those its the tripod/cage bushings on the side or the bolt/nut under the shifter has come loose.
