Well may have possibly found an rsp on black 1997 sc300. Couldnt be at a worse time im in tje middle of building my dream car (mkiv supra) but im all about some sc300's to so before i go making redicoulas offers how can i be certin this is a real rsp car? Is there something in the vin? Is tjere a build tag on tje car if so where at and what do i need to look for?

One way is to look for the factory Toyota VIN sticker placed on some of the body panels.
Here is one on the fender of an RSP car. Notice it's original, not painted over or taped off.

Open drivers side door and look for the sticker it should tell you the VIN, Engine, Trans, Paint code etc.
If it says 8L5 then its a real RSP

thebadz32, I've seen the ads on the SC300 that's in question and I'm quite certain it's original RSP.
It's a fair price for it too at only 70k miles.

I've seen that ad too, I say jump on it before someone else does. Cant believe tis only 70k!
