I've searched and searched on how to replace the fog light bulb but I didn't find any of them detailed enough and I've spent enough time trying to do this. Can anyone help?

All you need to do is remove the plastic piece directly below the light, a bunch of bolts hold it underneath and some inside of the fender.

Once the plastic piece is out you should be able to see everything you need access too.

The cap pops off the light, and there is a metal clip that holds the bulb into place.

I would recommend jacking the front of the car up. Alternatively you could remove the whole housing which is more work.
