The car looks absolutely mint. What year is it? 1999 or 2000? I don't believe heat shields ever came on the
vvt-i engines. It's a factory header. Neither my 98 nor my 2000 SC3 had a heat shield.
You'll love the car. Take good care of it.

It is a 2000. I had only seen the same pictures I had posted
Before and hadnt seen the car when I posted the my intro.
I immediately thought it was missing a heat shield but after further looking around it appears they didn't have one from what I've seen.

we need this car to make a mold of every single part of the car to make a restoration site for the sc's like the http://www.latemodelrestoration.com/1979-93-Mustang but for sc's lol <3 id love a site like that for us.. all new re pop sc parts. brand new

if i actually owned an 97+ along with my 93 i would actually keep it stock, ill have my 93 as my beater daily. This car is just beautiful.
