Default Carbon wrapped center console pics

decided to wrap my center console. it was one of those spur-of-the-moment kind of things. I was really bored so I did it.

Care to share with us what you used, and how you did it?

I don't know why but I was thinking you somehow wrapped the entire center console lol.

Looks good but it also looks damaged already? Wrap the radio and the door trim it'll flow much better.

Not a big fan of the look but you have pulled it off. Not bad. Any more pieces being done?

I'm not wrapping the radio cuz I'm putting a Double Din the summer. I'm still thinking about the other parts. The reason why I wrapped only that part was because it was black. What I might do is go to a junkyard and find a shifter console that isn't damaged and wrap that since I still have some leftover.

I took the shifter console out which was very easy. It jus pops out. Unscrewed the two screws that hold the *****-matic together. Pulled it off, then the console will come off.

The hardest part is trimming around the P,R,N,D,2,L on the console. Be careful not to cut to close or u will scratch it. U may want to trace around the body of the shifter console to make it easier on u. Make sure u use a heat gun/blow dryer. I jus uses my moms blow dryer. U will also need a credit card to tuck the edges in.

To do the cig lighter cover is easier than I thought. I even had my gf help me cuz I thought it wud be more difficult but it took like 30 seconds. I measured a piece around the cig cover and then cut it a little above the tracing line. Then I applied it on and tucked it in the tight corners. I didn't even have to use my gf blow dryer to stretch it all.
