converting to non-telescoping wheel
Hey Everyone,
Has anyone here done any research on converting to a non-telescoping steering wheel? this is one feature i don't see any use for in my sc400 and i would love to get rid of the telescoping functionality to save some weight/complexity/wiring.
cheers,
Marko

hmm nop! My soarer is a basic 1991 originally equip with the 1jzgte. The steering colums is telescopic, but not electric. You gotta do it the manual way!
And that goes for all soarer I've seen imported here in QC, Canada!

I asked the same question a couple years ago. Base Supra could maybe be done, but it would need to be the same turn signal plug ins. I have not seen anyone who has done it. At the time I didnt see anyone do a power sunroof delete, but now I have. Finding parted out Supras or Soarers will be tough.
