Default 2000 sc400

Just bought a great example. So nice I don't want to drive her. 97,000 original miles.
Time capsule condition. All original. What are they worth today? Enthusiasts please!

Would like to share pictures but no longer see the attachment. Still got the 94 too. Love everything about them.

I used to read these threads where guys would have 2 SC's and be like "how the hell are they pulling this off? I could never do that" and then for like 6 months I had 2 5 speeds sitting in front of my house, one that looks awesome and was slow as hell and the other that didn't look as good but was a speed demon. After dumping the good looking one, I'm focusing on making the fast one look good.

I feel the same way about my 2000 SC300. Nice to get one of the last ones built!

Don't want to modify the 2000 at all. The 94 has been good to me. I've done the maintenance but slipped in the rain. Rear quarter and bumper cover need to be fixed but doesn't look too bad. So now I drive her more. 2 SC's and an ES all premium gas does get expensive.

The 2k Sc doesn't feel like the previous gen in a lot of ways. It feels floaty and kind of light where the old one feels like it is anchored to the earth. In the SC3 version it is very IS3 like in the way it drives. Haven't tried the Sc4 version. Feels like a whole different car from the early gen though.

I will keep my SC300 largely stock, but I am going to change out the wheels. Will have a nice set of stock chrome wheels to sell soon.

Congrats on the pickup! It seems you see even less 2000 SC400's around the forum than you do '97 5spds!

And they do feel completely different than the older generations. I think 'floaty' would be a good way to describe it, but definitely not in a bad way. Floaty as in 'quiet and comfortable'.

Lol, as well, I happen to be one of those guys with two SC's. Two '99 SC400's at that!

Yup it's a good car. It floats like a butterfly and stings like when I pee.
