Adding some fuel to the debate... UZZ30 manual drift car with flares:
There's an article on this car on page 36. March, 2011 issue of Drift Tengoku
If anybody wants more info on it,

He's running 245/35/19 on the front
and 275/30/19 on the back
Prodrive Rims: 19x9.5 +15 J

It also says +50mm spacers in the front and +60mm spacer in the back.

this is funny...city night posts a drawing of fender holes and everyone screams "its a lexus blahblah." How are these horrid looking fender flares okay? Am I the only one who noticed the rivets? sxreams cheap to me.

But to the op, my advice stays the same...if you like the flares, then get them. Its your car.

Calitrisc: I agree with u but that red car is a drift car. they are most likely running that huge spacer in the front for clearance issues at full lock, so I has it's reason to be there. iirc, that was Daigo's old street car

They dont make them specific for the SC/Soarer. Ive been looking at the ZG fenders and modifying them. I asked Extreme Dimensions about looking into them, and just got a flat out no from them.

thought I would add info since I know these flares well. those ones are ZG flares. The ZG flares pretty much fit every car out there and they are easy to distinguish by the shape. I had installed them on my RX7 and they can be found at Ronin, but you have to E-mail ronin to get them made for about $200 I think. here is their site, http://www.roninspeedworks.com/ like I said send them a private message or email to get them made for you. they can do without the rivet pits or with them

here is a pic of my old car with them on it. It had a LS1/T56 before I totalled her

Or you can order the ZG Flares from HERE and not have to wait for them to be made. The Z-store keeps them on hand in both fiberglass and carbon. Ive already spoken with them about a couple sets.
