i thought about flares to fix my rubbing issue that the previous owner has made impossible to correct without rebuilding my entire rear fender. But these is no where near where i wanted them to look. Not to pick apart the owner, but the flare proportions in the rear are just off imo, especially with a tire that narrow.

car with the flares needs some aftermarket side skirts. they would make those flares blend a lot better. the wheels stick so far out they need something to complement them.

or the same size flares but half the distance outward. like a 25mm flare... if that even exists outside of the anything besides the bmw world.

Couldn't agree more. Still considering flares, but may need spacers.

Actually, I dig that car quite a bit. Maybe because it is a Lexus and it looks so tough to me.

I dig the rivets as well.

On a track-foucused car, I don't mind them. They look out of place on the car in the first post because it's so clean otherwise IMO.

Adding some fuel to the debate... UZZ30 manual drift car with flares:

I think it looks out of on an sc/soarer. Those flares look good on ae86's,old school z's, even on s13 coupes. A roll and an aggressive pull would look better than that on our cars.
