Question 19x9.5 +42 / 19.8.5 +38 without rolling?

Greetings,
Will a 19x8.5 +38 and 19x9.5 +42 fit ok on an SC400 with a stock suspension? I eventually may drop it (NYC roads) but I need to know if it will rub or negatively effect handling.

Im shopping for 18s but fell in love with some 19s today.

It all depends on the tire width and height.

A 225/35/19 will be fine with that offset in the fronts. If you move up to a 235/40/19, you may need to roll.

A 235 or 245/35/19 out back should be fine on the rear. If you move up to a 255/40/19, you may need to roll.

This is just coming from personal experience and previous set ups on my car.

Best of luck and post pics of the wheels

Rolling that fender is gonna solve a lot of problems. If my fenders weren't rolled I think I might have just flared my fenders just turning on freeway ramps. Whether you slam your car or just drop it a bit you'll be glad you rolled your fenders because it gives clearance.

i had a 19x8 = 215/35 and 19x9,5 245/35. i dont remember the offset but its much lower than those you mentioned because I used 25mm spacers in the rear and didnt need to roll. I was also lowered on tein SS almost max on both front and rear
