Depending on your budget, I can think of a few cool ideas. RX300 three spoke steering wheel and air bag would be a really cool gift.

Or if your budget is far less, maybe some professional car cleaning products.

He's absolutely in love with his SC300. its super clean, gold exterior, cambered, 18" motegi rims , and its his baby. I was thinking maybe some sort of stereo or speakers or maybe a sub, but i wanna get more creative than that. As a girl, i am kinda limited in knowledge about the SC itself, but ive been around him enough to know what is good and bad!
So since you guys know the most, what would be the best gift to get him for his car?
please help me out guys!
thanks,
Hope
Just a suggestion of what my wife did for my last B-day and the most awesome B-day present I have ever received:

If it was my car i would want a 97 front bumper. Another thing would be to look around and find a place that paints cars. 90% percent of people i know don't want a tan car. Respraying it into a more....ummm.....eventful color might be something he enjoys. If you plan on making it a surprise however, this wont work. Nothing worse than showing up in his car resprayed neon green. lol

I would get him a front lip for his bumper. It would add to over all appearance of his ride

Now why something like this couldn't come across my fiances mind????

Depends on what he doesn't have yet. If you want something that's nice and cheap then I would suggest:

-Window visors (Luxurymods sells the OEM ones, they look pretty good might I add)
-HIDs for his headlights or foglights (DDM sells pretty quality and low price sets)
-Lug nuts (I'm planning on just getting Muteki SR48 lugs, they're extended open ended.)
-Spacers (Powered By Max is definitely one I would recommend getting because it gives you several combinations of spacers you need, this way you won't need to buy spacers ever again.)
-97+ taillights (This is still kinda pricey, if you think 200-250 used is a lot. Luxurymods sells this as well)
-Soarer emblem? (Not sure if he's into that, Luxurymods sells it for about $75 I think).

That's all the nice not as pricey stuff for the SC that I can think of.

Well the one bad thing about mods is that everyone is different and he might not like the same thing everyone else does, or he might like what only 8 people here like.... you never know. We have a few sheep here that follow the trends, but mostly the SC is a platform for individual tastes and you really need to feel him out before buying ANYTHING that is not a necessity. If he has something broken or torn, you can't go wrong getting a replacement, but specialized items are something I'd never want someone picking out for me.
