So i bought this car from a repo guy. The car was not moved for 7 years. So i tried to start the car and it wont start. I then concluded that the Fuel Pump was not working so i needed to change it. When i removed it i saw it was rusted really bad and asked a few mechanics and said that it would be better to change the whole tank and everything that goes in there. I have been looking for a diagram or something that tells me the parts that go in there. There is a part i took out from the trunk side that im not sure what it is and another part that goes on top of the gas tank. I also looked in these forums but ived had no luck. I would really appreciate if anyone has a diagram or a list of the parts that go in the gas tank.

I would just change the whole tank, since it has been sitting for so long. Ain't no telling what is all in there and how much rust is accumulated as well.

Yea, i just took the whole tank out and it looks really bad from inside. Gonna start looking for it. I have also been looking for the Fuel Floater or Furl leveler, im not sure what is called, the part that displays how much gas the car has. Does anyone know where i can find it? I called lexus but they have it for $300.
