Default Headlight Switch Removal

Hello guys, does anyone have a write up or can walk me through removing the headlight switch on a 95 SC400?

FYI I have isolated my headlights/fogs/exterior lights not powering on when the switch is set to on. Highs work when switch is pulled back and I have used a multimeter to check to see voltage when the switch is turn on and no voltage to headlight bulbs. Also fuse and relay seem fine. Brake lights and turn signals are fine.

Thanks!

Do you guys think I am the right path? It doesnt make sense that parking lights and fogs dont work either, has to be the switch since it controls those lights as well. I found some new swtiches online but just want to get feedback on what the issue can be.

I think there is a bypass for that, so they will work together. I believe they come from the factory where only one works @ a time.

My issue is that my headlights/parking lights or license plate lights dont turn on at all.

So removed the steering wheel and lower dash. All wires from headlight switch to wiring harness look fine. I ordered a used switch so I really hope the switch is the problem.
