Greetings, 1JZ swap beginning

Been overwhelmed with work for the Great State of California, plus I had the luxury to deal with smog for 2JZGE.
Spent almost 2 weeks dealing with smog, I had to put the 2J back in my car and smog. In addition, I failed smog due to my EGR being clogged, so after cleaning it plus adding some acetone, I was able to pass smog. Also big thanks to some SAC CL members for hooking it up.
Received harness from Dr. Tweak, time to get to work.
Front turbo, very little shaft play. Whew!
Rear turbo had some black **** around the turbine. I hope this is not a problem.

Actually pretty clean overall on the intake side, but the engine had been sitting in storage for a LONG time from what I can tell.
My motor did not come with MAP. Bought the motorola 2.5 bar. Also bought a 1JZ oem map thru CL. I will also test if the motorola map can work with the 1J ecu.
Dropping motor in next week once my clutch arrives.
