Drag race/ street drive very often. So far this year I've busted a rear end, turbo and axle at the track on seperate trips to the track. I have 3 events planned this month.
I live in Baton Rouge too, I have a strictly Drift SC, not even registered lol
Nice I used to drift my SC back in around 07-09 when i had my GS for roll racing. <---- yeah I'm one of those guys. But, I did dig race for a while, until the tranny lost 1/2. I'm going back to drag and the visit to road course events. Drift is fun but to many tires...
I'm gradually building mine to do better in auto-x, but hitting a few delays since I just moved into an apartment and don't really have a space to work on the car. Gotta replace the stock twins because of a bad bearing, and do the clutch and rear main seal before I start racing it again. Eventually my plans include bushings, going to build some coilovers, and get around to installing my sway bars.
Our cars are kind of big and heavy for autox, but it's more affordable for me to do than road racing.
