OP I don't want to put a damper on your future plans but the 2 Walbro 255's in tank will be pretty much maxed out at 720-750'ish on E-85 and the T-70 MP although totally functional will be pushing serious boost to make 800 on E and will be way outside of efficiency.
The coil pack issue is always a problem and I've seen cars that had to replace there coils to new OE and still gap plugs to the 15-18 range on #8 or #9 iridium plugs.
This is not meant to dampen your plans but just to give you some insight into you future needs to achieve you posted goals

Congrats on your # but be prepared as the $ jump from the 6's to the 7-8' hp range is vastly different also the best bang for your $ regarding HP increase would be a set of cams Like BC 264's at about $600 landed and for the most part a drop in highly recommended as 800hp is not feasible without a turbo in the 76mm area and some pretty hefty boost #'s IE: myself fully built 2j fully built head Kelford 274's 1mm over and a bump in compression and e-85 855hp at 29psi through a 74mm bullseye with A 1.25 rear on triple Denso's

you may want to reconsider your plug heat range as most E-85 users are in 8's or myself 9's iridium
