Are the OEM rear bumpers for the 92-00 SC's all the same dims? What if we did just a rear diffuser instead of a full rear bumper. This way we could keep the costs down.

92-96 bumper is different from 97-00...design changed in the 97-00 year models.
thank you! So then to make work for everyone it would have to be a rear with a diffuser. Anyone have a rear style that they prefer? Something we don't carry yet and something that would look good with a diffuser?

Honestly something like this but with cut outs for a single dual exhaust. Nothing over board but a bumper that would flow with stock body without having to replace the front bumper and sides. Pretty much a factory flow that would make people think it was produced that way. Poly urethane bumper with plastic or carbon fiber diffuser. When do I order? lol

The picture with the rear diffuser is more like it adds on the AC kit rear bumper. Since most of us don't use AC rear bumper, I'd prefer to create it either on OEM 92-76 rear with full length, so people don't have to buy any lip. The reason to go with 92-96 is because most of us still have the older model than the newer model. You can make one for the 97-00 for the owners who have that model, too. The 2nd choice is would be a center diffuser that sticks on the rear JIC lip (perferrable) or other V kit lip.
Fiberglass breaks.. Duraflex doesn't break as easy. Either way, the rear bumper is the least exposed part when you drive, so unless you plan on drifting in reverse you have nothing to worry about!

LOL you're going to have a kid see this and actually go out trying to drift in reverse now smh...naw but as long as it's durable and flexible that's cool. Never used Duraflex on a car before so I wouldn't know but I have used Shine Auto's bumpers and whatever fiberglass they use is pretty top notch in the sturdy category.
