I been asked to trade my sc300 for s14 w/ s2000 engine swap

My sc300 is not running at the moment.. because some of the bearings got damaged. The engine is out of the car, and has been taken apart. However, I got some 2jzgte OEM internals and a turbo manifold, Garret GT35 that needs to be rebuild. and with out any money to sink in the Lex

s14 with a s2000 engine and transmission out of a low milage wreked s2000
It was just serviced recently
body is pretty much stock even with OEM 16´s
s2000 gauge cluster
The s14 is running and needs nothing but reassemble the interior


I will hate to let go.... but with no car and the situation that, I am right now ... building a sc300 with empty pockets Maybe later down the road I can sell it and buy me another sc300... and the s14 guy does swaps for a living... and he alway dreamed of having a sc300... There is not many sc300 around.. I moved to Tijuana Mexico.. so having a sc300 that is not legalized to be driven in public roads... but the s14 is imported already to Mexico.. so A plus for me....

if you're in between a rock and a hard place take the s14.

Hold out for the SC. Why downgrade for an S14 with a honda motor. Or 2j swap the S14

Is the trade including the 2JZGTE? If not, then just hold on to that and do a 2J swap into the S14 eventually.

the sc300 comes witha 2jzge.... but it has some 2jzgte internals.. ... and most of the parts to turbocharge it.....
I will have a video and pictures of the s14 tonight........ the owner and I will be talking about the trade tonight... if we do trade will be on friday.....

If i was to keep the s14 later down the road when my pockets are in better days .. I can always sell the s2000 engine and put in a 1jz or 2jz in it...

I just re-read your original post. do the swap, and buy a decent shell later on if you want an SC again. S14's are nice, even nicer with a 2J swap

I'm assuming that the S14 is running well and doesn't require work?

YE the car was the one on the video................. but **** he has some kind of emergency and he sold it for so cheap...................................1800 dlls only I was like what......

the guy does sr20det and vq35, but mostly f20c swap in everything... and for cheap... he charges like 150-200 dlls of wiring labor...
