Climate control questions/differences
I bought a climate control from pull a part and I don't remember what year SC I pulled it from. I don't remember if it was a 300 or 400 either. At the time I thought they would all work the same. I sent this one off the be repaired since the screen was blacked out. When I installed it in my 95 SC300, all the lights came on. all the buttons worked, beeped and everything. However it did not properly control my fans. It was either all or nothing. Also when I pressed the outside temp button it was blank. I sent off my factory one to be repaired and now it is installed and everything works. I would like to sell this other repaired unit but I don't know what it came out of or if the problems I was having were because of a bad climate control or just not having the right one.
It has a green display. The numbers on it are:
55900-24091
146430-3140
12V 91
Any info is appreciated.

They're not as fully interchangeable as you think, the only climate control that will work properly on your '95 SC300 is another one off of a '95-'96 year model...hence the reason why you can't control your fan speed properly, The unit you have is likely from a '92-'94 unit.
