Arn't the replacement for these only like 20 bucks a piece at carson toyota? You have to carefully pull out the old ones so you dont bend the metal and just pop the new ones in. Their held in with 3 clips. Im gettin some new ones when i get mine resprayed. Id say just order some oem replacements. no diss to the op.

Sorry guys, that part you linked to is the weatherstripping. It is NOT the trim piece because it is NOT a removable part. You can replace the whole window trim piece but the parts that peels & fades is not separate.
I'm tempted to get the ebay part, spray it the right color, and then apply it over my bad pillars. It sure beats trying to strip & spray the stock piece while it's still on the car, and it's a lot less labor than removing the the trim.
