Default Soo... someone tried to break into my car!

Long story short, someone tried to break into my car by prying the glass window back. Luckily, the windows have the track that goes all the way to the top and deterred them from trying again!

I've been looking but I haven't been able to find a part number for the window trim/gasket. Does anyone know the part number for it??

Wow! Sorry this happened to you, glad they were unsuccessful too! K-is right, I'd check with the Toyota dealer. You could em pm Aliga, he may have this piece on hand? Good luck!

Sorry to see that happen. Hope you take Aliga's generous offer and hopefully those ****** don't attempt to try that again.

It suxs, but I'd be awfully happy I still had my car and a relatively cheap and easy repair. Someone "relieved" me of 2 subs and two amps .

rough man. at least they couldn't get any valuables, i had a 120GB ipod stolen from mine, people that steal make me sick. anyways, i could be wrong, but if for some reason you cant find the seal to the window, maybe try black silicon? i could be wrong, but just trying to help.

Black silicon would not be as good of an alternative. I've seen it done on a cadi I was tryina buy... Lets just say its not a satisfying solution.

As long as they didn't break your window it's all good(I know it still sucks though). About a month ago, I installed an alpine indash into my cousins GS400. Almost a week of having it in his car, someone decided to bust his driver window while he was at the mall and took his head unit. He said he was in the mall no longer than 25 mins...
