Hello, I have a 1992 SC400, and would love any kind of advice.... any help with this would be greatly appreicated. My key just quit turning once I put it into the ignition. Streering wheels is locked but I cant not move the key at all. The lighs all come on and streering wheel moves to the posistion, but cant start car or even get acc to try to move the car shifter. Any ideas, I am not sure if its the Ignition switch, the key itself, or something completely different.

I have a 1992 SC400 and my key will go in but wont turn over. All my lights come on, and steering wheel moves to position but wont turn! Steering wheel is locked so ive tried to turn it and rock back n forth while trying to turn the key but no luck!! Anybody know if this would be my key, my ignition switch, or ignition lock, or something else!! I could really use help with this as i cant move my car!! I will greatly take any advice concerning this problem....

They can break inside the tumbler at the very end. Others have had this issue and you should be able to find it in search.
