It's tough selling a damaged/wrecked car in this economy bud. Just replace the fenders with a new ones if you want to keep the car. Create a WTB thread on club lexus and you'll get two black onyx fenders pretty quickly. I bought one last year at $125, and your bumper can be resprayed for pretty cheap. You will not need to get the fenders rolled again since you are on a higher offset wheel now.
Honestly if you hate the car and have some patience along with space, just part it out. You'll make more than what you could get now...
Hood: $200
Trunk: $150
Rear bumper: $250
Sides: $200
Doors: $150 Each
Multiple Interior pieces: $500 +/ - (total depends on condition)
Headlights: $150
95 Fogs: $150
96 Tails: $150
Window Visors: $75
Coils: $750+
IS Wheels: $500+
Supra Wheels: $450+
Engine w/tranny: $500+
Control arms: $150+ each
Exhaust: $300+
LED's and HID's: $? not much
All this stuff added up is around $5,000+ give or take.
If it was me, after looking at the images you posted, I would just fix the fenders and front bumper and drive it daily.

It needs a fender... what's the issue?
If you are ready to part out, its not as easy as it seems [i part cars out in my spare time], unless you have a place and time to do it - it sucks. On top of acquiring parts [unless you kept all the originals], to get it rolling again or scrapping it [towing it etc]
I'm not even going to start ranting about people that are committed to buying parts, but don't show or don't reply when it comes down to selling something <- CL is full of such people...
