Question Electric Fan Wiring Check (auto/off/on+Thermal Switch)

Hey Im trying to do a write for the electric fans but I need someone to check if this diagram seems Ah oh kay. The thermal switch is green and is my main concern about the diagram. Thanks

Just a few suggestions...Please swap the "red" color from "auto" to the thermal switch as this is the ground side of that circuit. The thermal switch is indeed normally open. It closes and completes the circuit when the temperature reaches the appropriate threshold. As a minor point, the wires going into the "auto-off-on" should retain their color all the way into the switch.

For the switch the diagram was provided. But I cant figure out if that mean that the switch connects between two live wires or does it ground at one terminal and 12v goes in the other terminal.
