I am planning to replace the stereo head unit in my '92 SC with a modern system.

I want GPS and memory card play back at minimum so a touch screen to fill the space is in play.

Research indicates that either the Pioneer or Kenwood models are the top contenders but I am seeking recommendations.

The two Pioneer models are either the AVIC x930 BT or the AVIC z130 BT.

For the Kenwood models, either the DNX6980 or the more expensive DNX9980hd.

I have seen a few threads on these but would like some real hard opinions and any other mfg the members out there have employed.
