Unhappy sc300 1jzgte wont crank? Was running fine...

i have a 97 sc300 1jz r154 swap...it was running fine until today it shut off while driving and wont even crank fuel pump doesn't even come on.

It had a leaking power steering hose, dunno if that dripped on some sensors or wires and caused a short? But I checked the batt and the fuses in the engine bay and all connections.

What could it be ? Blown igniter? bad ecu ( I just fixed all capacitors on it not too long ago). The car wont even crank so something isnt getting power..thanks

1.5J!!! Take advantage if the block and pistons are still good. 2mm HG, SAFC2, 1JZ head/harness and ecu..situation sucks, but may as well take advantage of it.

I just realized I read your post wrong, and for some stupid reason was thinking you had a 2JZGE...my fail.

But if the head can be salvaged, a GE block isnt really expensive.

There is a pink square fuse I think 40 amps start from there I had short with the aftermarket alarm Nd the moving or tilting of the stearing wheel, I use a clip to make it work and fry the the fuse board. After quick trip to junk jard got the complete fuse board.

Ouch, that sucks man. Do you have cams or something to make your engine interference? Doesn't seem like you should have bent any valves...

You shouldn't have bent Valves if you timing belt breaks, if your engine is bone stock i just cant imagine the previous owner of the engine put some aggressive cams with high lift..
Did you do a compression test? did you pulled the head off? it's just seems weird to me ..
