Default Center wood trim removal HELP!

Center consol out. Glove out. Piece above center consol out. Can't figure out how to take out wood trim. Help! Gotta finish before work

Do I have to disconnect airbag too? And where are these wing nuts?

My wood trim is one piece. Why are there three pieces?

After forever trying to figure it out it's time to quit. Try again hopefully tomorrow. Thanks for the help everyone. Even with the links I just can't figure it out and ran out of time. Put everything back together. At least I got the painted center bezel on.
