Price will depend on what the dealership inspection indicate which the owner and myself agreed upon. Iam praying everything checks out ok. I mean Iam sure the will find some issue..just hoping no major drivetrain issue! By the way, where do you guys buy OEM parts at wholesale price? Thanks in advance

Iam not a stranger to luxury cars..i own a 2006 cl 600 benz v12 tt miles with 32k as well as a 1994 acura legend ls 6spd with 130k miles. I have always a deep passion for the sc400. Look what the dealership inspection details....
Well guys I will not purchase this car. At some point in its ownership maintance was not a priority/ main concern and the car was seriously neglected. A $100 Dealership inspection saved me from spending thousands and ending up with a money pit in my possession. However, I have my eyes on another 1996 DPW SC400 with 80k miles Talked with the owner who agreed to take it to the local Lexus Dealership for a inspection. My main concern is the drivetrain on any used auto I purchase. Please see attached report.

Thanks! I have every high end car dealer inspected. I hope that this report will help any future buyers on the forum. Seems the owner(s) were more concerned with the interior of the car rather than drivetrain. Looks like the dealer will have to find another sucker because it will not be me
Iam sure when the dealer received the report from JM Lexus of Pomano Beach, Fla. the expression on their faces was priceless I spoke with the inspector Conrade over the phone, a real straight guy, he stated sir dont buy this car its a lemon and been seriously neglected...half way into the inspection. Thats the best $100 I have ever spent...saved my a$$ Besides needing a new transmission the engine at some point may have overheated due to having a new raditor with no coolant....how stupid is that...atleast make sure all the fluids are topped of before sending the car to be dealer inspected for a potential buyer!!! Car will likely need a new (rebuilded) engine, new struts, new transmission, new tires, and the list goes on and on. Iam sure the car will likely end up a the car auction in Fla. somewhere. Word needs to get out in Fla. or any where else about this car so no member will get stuck with a lemon. Iam sure the dealer or whoever purchase the car will try and patch up as much of the problems/issues as possible to get it off of their hands. Its very sad that today so many people lack integrity and in all reality steals someones hard earn money and sleep like a baby at night with no remorse whatsoever! I will not bash the dealer because Iam not that type of individual. However, the dealers name is stated on the Inspection Report ;-) The VIN number is as
followed: JT8CH32Y6T0049779
BUYERS BEWARE!!!!
