Default passenger door handle issues

My passenger door handle outside handle is loose. When u open the door from outside the left side of handle comes out. Anyone have a fix? I searched but no luck on this. Maybe a diagram so I can find the bolts or whatever is broke.

I have the same problem. I have to get the door panel off and look around at the pushing rods.

there's 3 bolts holding the handle to the door. either one of the bolts is missing or it's broken off the handle.

I had the rearmost door handle bolt fall out .... I put in a bolt that was about 1/8" longer with red threadlocker and its holding ... Its a very hard bolt to access.. U have to reach thru a hole in the door before accesing the bolt ... I used a telescopic magnet attached to the bolt head, slid it through, then hand tightened.. Then used a socket.. Do not strip the bolt.
So our theory is that there was some extra thread deeper on the female side that wasnt stripped... I am not positive that the bolt that fell out of mine was the original..

Good luck.. If that doesnt work i think u have to remove the window to get the assembly out to fix..

To clarify, i meant the rearmost bolt thats accessable after u remove the door handle ... The access hole is about an inch in diameter..
