Engine Cover

Does anybody know if the 1999 SC400; 11259 (engine cover) would fit a 1995 SC400? I kinda like the way it looks clean...

VVT-i huh? That's what I was worried about... Anybody tried to mod it though?

I'm also planning to install 52114 (front plate holder/bracket) for a cleaner look on the plates instead of it just sticked to the bumper directly...

Not even a close fit, Throttle body is in front on the vvti and on the pass side on the non vvti not to mention that the intake manifold is worlds apart in terms of shape.
