Wow I was expecting mixed feelings about these but people seriously threw in personal insults? Ouch.

Just to answer a few questions/statements:

The fitment does not suck. I have seen these fitted to a non- lowered soarer and they don't rub the arches.

Because of the offset they actually sit quite flush with the body so I won't be using spacers... Plus I just don't trust them.

As for width, 8 inches is plenty for me. I throw it around on my current 16 x 7's and it sticks pretty well.

This car is a daily driver doing over 500 miles a week. These wheels at this offset, and with my tracking set right should wear evenly. Wider rims will mean I have to spend even more than £200 per corner every half year or so.

Thanks for your feedback anyway, nice to feel part of the community

Andy

Here's another Soarer with them fitted. Could someone photoshop it to lower it?

(My tyres won't be that huge)

id trade my stocks for them. yeah i noticed about the comments but what i said was true about most of the posters here. they prob have money and can get these super nice wheels and tires. most of us are just trying to make a change on what lil cash we have to spare. it's about what you like andy not what we like always remember that.

Here you go.

Sorry the guys dogged you out. If you wanna impress people, you give them hot flashes by going negative camber and having your rear look like poking out frog legs for +Cool points. Oh yes make sure your wheels are wider than a ruler's length.

Those wheels are epic. Honestly, most of the people on this forum have ruined their SC's by putting hideous and massive wheels with massive offsets on because all they care about are looks not performance which is why I don't post here very much anymore. I'm
running 18x8 +35 350z wheels and the front ones stick out too far so a 45 offset will look perfect.

Cheers mate, nice to see someone is on my wavelength.

I never said "These are the best looking rims ever" I want something stylish that works. Don't want to spend thousands on rims then spend tons more making them fit right with spacers and crap. I know that these will fit over the K-Sport 8-pot brakes with 13" discs if I want them to

The style isn't really my cup of tea. They look too 'designed' for an SC, which I (personally) think look best with a simple geometrically shaped wheel (mesh, straight 5 spoke, etc...).

I'm also not one for the hellaflush fad (yeah, I said fad, so all of you fanboys can suck it) but I think they'll still sit pretty far in. My wheels are 18x9 and 18x10, with +24 and +22 offsets, respectively, and they sit literally flush to the fender with no poke.

That all said, what the wheels are and the fact that the design is based on function is awesome. Congrats. I wanna see some pictures of these 8-pot brakes!

I think they will look good, with the correct offset and spacer. In for the mounted pictures.
