You need to first get your backspace measurement (mounting flange to outer most part of inner wheel lip). Place your wheel face down first on a soft surface. Lay a straight edge across the diameter of the wheel. Measure from mounting flange to straight edge = backspace.
Then find the center line of your wheel (wheel width divided in half). The difference between your backspace and center line measurements will be your offset.
In general, you add 1 inch to the overall width of a wheel to account for outer lips. Wheel widths are measured by inner lip to inner lip; therefore the difference in width specs.
Your 10" wheel will be roughly 11".
Backspace - 6.5 inch
Centerline - 5.5 inch
Difference - 1 inch = 25.4mm
The difference will be your offset ~ 25/26mm.
If your backspace is greater than your center line = positive offset.
Backspace less than your center line = negative offset.
Backspace equals your center line = 0 offset.
