Lexus Cell Phone System
Anyone here have the lexus handsfree cell phone system? My 93 sc4 has the system pre wired i believe, will it work with any cell phone type or (most likely) will i have to use a lexus brand cell phone?

hi
i believe the phone you have in your car is analog. as far as i know, all cell phone systems currently are digital. unless there is still is a analog service provider, you wouldn't be able to use the phone.

well really all i wanna do is to use the handsfree feature...use the exisiting wiring with my current cell phone....still a no or a yes?

The factory phones are Motorolas aswell, so maybe an autoelectrician could be able to somehow intergrate the old system into a new one, just utalising some of the original parts.
