Corning/Fog light HID retro fit idea
I have a spare set of 9006 HID. I figure I might as well use them in my corning lights. I wanted to find out how I could retro fit them. I came up with a few ideas but this one seem the most solid. Here we go. Junkyard is a must.
Go to the junkyard and find a headlight/fog that is 9006 and has a similar curve to it.
Drill out the top hole with this.
Do the Same on our corning/fog light. make sure its the same angled cut. Then take the 9006 one and secure it somehow to our light. I figured Hot Glue or epoxy. Maybe even heating up both plastics with a blow torch and fusing then together. This way you would have a perfect 9006 retro fit.

sounds like a plan. go for it. we need more options for these lights
i was just going to use a hole saw like that on the light housing , mount an aftermarket foglight, then slide the light housing over the fog light.
