Wait which R154 do you want to run ? Soarer or MKIII ? Soarer / Supra R154 will bolt up as it has a JZ bellhousing, however the MKIII you will need to run a JZ bell housing.

You will need a 1jz flywheel and clutch cause they're pull type. Also need a 1jz bellhousing.

Thanks for the replys. I was just unsure what I could use, or not use from my factory 5sp. Most threads change over from an auto. So whould the Ebay link (2nd post) be the best route for flywheel and clutch?

As far as the clutch goes you need to search.

You don't want a super stiff clutch for daily driving. do a search on manual conversions and clutch installs and see what people are saying about the various brands.

a 6 puck sounds like overkill, unless you plan on going na-t in the future?

Yeah I was mainly talking about the flywheel. I know a little bit about unsprung clutches. I had a 400WHP Subaru. As far as the power level, I have a GT35R only running 10psi giving me 330WHP. Thus the reson for the R154

For example,

This seems like a good deal.

I actually read on an IS forum of a guy running MKIV Flywheel/Pressure Plate combined with 1J/MK3 disc. So i seems thats also an option.
