Fuel dampner line to fuel rail LEAK!

I cant figure this one out. I replaced it with 3 dampner lines-1JZ, a Supra TT and a GE line but the damn thing still leaks. Is there suppose to be any crush washers between the banjo bolt that bolts it to the fuel rail? I have one on each end, then I tried a larger one on top of that but same results.

Some help and suggestions..

If your talking about the dampener thing after the FPR that sits below the fuel rail I'm pretty positive it uses crush washers. I mean I just removed mine..
