When i start my car it automatically dims. Then i turn it off and shut off the car and start it up it automatically dims again. what is going on anyone had this problem before?

Are you talking about the side mirrors? I didn't know they could do that? What year is your SC300?

why don't you try pushing the button on the rear view mirror to set all the mirrors to normal and then turning it back on. See if that helps.

Also, if you're interior lights are on, it might be dimming them because the light sensor is on the rear view mirror.

I think they were dimming because i was in the shade, so the light sensor is picking up that its night time. And so it automatically dims.
