Default FREE SC300, What to do??

My Goal:

Preferably: Black exterior, 97+ Body.

Defiantly: Black interior, 5-speed, 400whp daily driver, very reliable, showroom quality interior and exterior.

I was gifted an sc300 from my dad, but it needs a lot of work. I would like your guys' opinion on what I should do to reach my "dream car".

Now the car I have to work with has many body panels misaligned, key marks, minor dents and cracks, 183K miles, Trashed interior, broken a/c line, handles wont open from the inside ect...

It IS however a black on black 5 speed. Now which would be more COST EFFECTIVE, Build up what I have got, OR , Fix this car up a little, sell it, and buy something in better condition or already turboed?

Here is a list of what I can come up with off my head that needs to be fixed and a link to some pictures from photobucket:

http://s1121.photobucket.com/albums/l510/lexuskid53/

-Front bumper cracked and poorly repaired
-Air bag cover on dash warped
-Interior door panels cracked
-Passenger door panel in two pieces (trying to repair, but very damaged)
-Hood, front side panels, and doors misaligned
-Hood needs replacing or bodywork
-Driver quarter panel minorly dented
-Driver quarter panel severely keyed
-Random minor dents and cracks in paint all over car
-sound system has issues
-Interior roof is falling down
-All of the leather on the seats is cracked
-Dash lighting
-Glove box misaligned
-Doors do not open from the inside
-passenger window rolls up/down extremely slow
-Engine uses up small amounts of oil
-driver headlight cover needs replacing

That depends on if you have the patients and time to do it. If not just part it out.

I'd keep it too, that way you'll know what has been replaced/fixed and the quality of the work..

the fact that it's a 5-speed alone, makes it worth restoring.

Where would I go about learning how to repair these things? There is no information on the forums on how to fix the INNER door handles that I can find. I would also need info on fixing the door panels as well as pretty much any other repairs.

I would keep it and drive it as a beater or a parts car and buy another one that's clean to modify.
Your dad is pretty rough on cars

Awesome...looks like a good project with minor work, you come out on top whatever you decide to do... Not only is it a free car but its a Black on black 5spd.
Fix up and keep

Wow I'm jealous keep it for sure. Those are all minor issues that can be fixed over time. Just save up a little here and there

Any write ups on how to repair (or in my case rebuild) the door panel? Also I would like to know what needs to be fixed for the inner handles to work.
