Famished

Hi there, I was driving around yesterday no problems listening to the radio. I hop into my car the next day and the radio wont do anything, it wouldn't even extend the antenna when pressing the power button.

It seems that it is on but just frozen.

Any Ideas?

In a similar boat , here in Cali it’s been raining like crazy, never drive my sc in the rain, but todays was sunny, I took her out and and no sound out of my stock system, antennae works, radio turns on and lights up but no sound… any tips?

Thank you, however I'm inclined to think there might be a wiring issue somewhere.
I started her this morning and the Radio kicked on with no issues.

yes, sadly I’ve been chasing a leak from the drivers door I’ve got a tarp inside to mitigate it

I'd fix the water leak 1st, probably the source of your problem.

Both the head unit and amp are sold on ebay. That display says bad head unit to me

This may be the amp going out I read it on here somewhere.. After rainy days in NorCal I would lose the audio on the radio, so I use to hit this pothole on purpose, and it would usually jolt the radio back on.. atleast the sound.. I would assume condensation is getting in. somewhere.
