This week I have spent $1200 in parts for my SC400. New LCA's, motor mounts, a new rack and pinion, and new outer tie rods. The damn thing better drive like new after all that.

Went to the body shop and we test fitted a replacement front bumper. Disappointingly, it was much worse than the one we have on there and so abandoned this unit.....

The poor shape around the head lights along with a crack and the poorer alignment of the high beam cut outs (which I did not post the pics but they were bad) made the current bumper look stellar...

Oh, and later in the day the glass company that was scheduled to replace the cracked wind shield tomorrow called and they got it done today! That is a more involved process than I had realized but the installer did a great job and was careful.

This was a little fun project that yelled some good results
Here are some pics
Still have to drill and weld the pieces and reinforce that area with a few more beads.

Finished changing the power steering fluid. Cleaned and treated the leather seats. Polished the rear taillight lenses.

Replaced my trunk lifters and programmed the keyless entry.... So goodbye to having to open everything with the key and to the board that held my trunk up after I lifted it up myself!

Adjusted the front ride height again. Still trying to dial it in. I have to live with three super massive speed bumps. I live with a bunch of people that hate cars.
